10) Proof of remittance by foreign corporate subscribers and for a corporation with Foreign Equity
Application Form F-100, for corporations with more than 40% foreign equity
Note: There are private individual who can process your SEC registration in most faster way than regular processing you just have to comply Passport copy, address of Filipino Incorporators, address of foreigner incorporators in Philippines, business location address for a minimal Professional Fee. You just sign the documents and they will prepare everything and no need for you to show up in SEC office.
